Cancellation Policy
Because your services are personally reserved for you, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Any cancellations made with less than 4 hours notice will result in a charge of 50% of the services. Day packages require a 48 hour notice of change or cancellation. No shows are charged at a full price of service. A credit card or gift certificate number is required to reserve three or more services.
